The house is well furnished and equipped for your comfort with sauna, fireplace and air conditioning. You can reach the loft with peaked roof via a staircase from the living room. You can also enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from the terrace and living room. The terrace extends to the private jetty. The neighboring house S04762 is also rented, ideal for vacations with friends. Many lakes, including Bolmen and Unnen are nearby. You are in a lake area that consists of the Södra, Mella and Stora Färgen and extends to 1200 hectares. The lakes can be navigated by boats. My grandmother tells that my grandfather was killed in a work accident in the forest. When my parents got married in 1954, grandfather's good friend made it possible to buy a plot of land here.
